Multiple offers on one home mean buyers are typically putting offers on multiple homes before getting their house.  Although the real estate climate is competitive it is STILL possible to get under contract sooner than you think! We don’t know if this is a sign that we are turning away from a seller’s market but we do know that it is possible to get an offer accepted sooner than anticipated.
