Once you get under contract on a property your attention is pulled in all sorts of directions, this is supposed to be the fun part. That’s why it’s so important to identify your goals up front so that you’re able to limit the number of choices you’re making in that moment and you don’t get stuck in analysis paralysis (scary dun, dun, duuuuuuh music) looking and relooking at down payment amounts and loan program structures.
