This week’s tip is don’t move money around a whole bunch before finding your house because your pre approval is based on the information that we had when you got pre approved of where your money is.

When you find your house and get under contract, we will  get updates on your assets, bank statements, and showing that your earnest money has been sent to escrow. Once all of that is documented that’s the moment to transfer money between accounts. 

We will let you know when to initiate  transfers. In the meantime, just keep everything just leave it where it is. Again, no big purchases, no big deposits just leave all of your money quiet.
