I greatly valued the many hours of loan training I received from the Salmon Bay team! They were very patient as they walked through worksheet after worksheet with me as I experimented with different loan structures and seller credits. I also really appreciated that the team helped me understand what actions/paperwork were and were not urgent during the “under contract” phase, all the way through close. A lot was going on, and they were great at playing the “coach” role, helping tag in the other players in the transaction (title, escrow, etc.) as needed.
