Seattle Times recently published an article with fabulous information but a terrible headline. They claim that it’s harder for buyers in Seattle to buy a home right now, you and I know that that’s simply not true,

It is Easier to:

• choose from a plethora of houses
• get under contract,
• have an inspection
• have time to think about it, negotiate and move through the home buying process with much less stress than they did in the last few months. 
• negotiate seller pay closing costs

The most important piece is that they are surrounded by a quality team!
