• No purchase necessary
• Must be eighteen (18) (or age of majority in resident state), or older to enter. This Giveaway is open only to individuals who are residents of the United States of America and the District of Columbia. Employees and affiliates of Evergreen Home Loans and Salmon Bay Community Lending and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
• Limit one entry per person per calendar month.
• Follow Salmon Bay Community Lending on Facebook
• Share a photo on Salmon Bay Community Lending’s Facebook Page to match the prompt of the month including a caption and the hashtag #showcaseyourhood

Giveaway Period – The Giveaway begins at 12:01am (Pacific Time) on the first day of the month and ends at 4:00pm (Pacific Time) on the last day of the month. Drawing will be done monthly until August 31, 2023.

Prize – $50 gift card to one of the following: The Barking Dog Alehouse, Dreamstrands Comics & Such, Chez Phinney, Greenwood Pencil Box, Mainstay Provisions, Phinney Books, Preserve & Gather, Stretch & Staple, Snapshot Brewing, Thaiku

• Prizes are non-transferrable. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed.
• Giveaway is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Method of Entry – Monthly “Prompt” on Facebook will be announced on the last day of each month

How to Enter -To enter just follow us on Facebook, comment on the pinned post featuring the monthly prompt with a photo and caption that fits the prompt. On the last business day of the month a winning post will be chosen at random. The winner will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages, tagged in a post, and contacted via Messenger. You do not need to be a past or present client of Salmon Bay Community Lending to participate. See official rules for full details.

 Tips for your post:

• Make sure you’re posting to the Salmon Bay Community Lending Facebook page and not your own
• Use the hashtag #showcaseyourhood
• If you’re including a business or location with a Facebook page, try to tag them so others can find them, and they can benefit from the exposure
• Include what you love about the subject. Do you have a favorite dish or drink order? Is there a particular staff member that people should ask for?
• Include the name of your neighborhood and/or city
• Lastly, this is supposed to be fun so feel free to engage with other posts but always be kind.

Winners Selection; Notification – One winner will be selected by monthly random drawing by a representative of Salmon Bay Community Lending from all eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted via Facebook messenger and posted on Salmon Bay’s social media feeds. Before awarding a prize, the potential winner will be required to execute and return a Winner Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release.

Odds of Winning – Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the calendar month.

Publicity Release – Any entrant, regardless of whether they win, irrevocably grants to Evergreen Home Loans and Salmon Bay Lending the right and permission to use photos or any other submitted materials, his/her name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, for advertising, promotions, and publicity. Further, it may be used in all forms of media and by all manners and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any additional consideration, royalty, obligation or notice. Evergreen Home Loans and Salmon Bay Lending reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway. Although the Giveaway may be advertised on Salmon Bay Community Lending’s Facebook page, Instagram or other social media page(s), the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media provider.
