Hello, Ruby Greenberg here. Hope you’re having a great week. And we’ve had the same question come up on several transactions recently, of buyers asking about when they get keys. And this is typically at the very end when we’re coordinating with them about sending their their final funds to escrow escrows reaching out to them about signing. And so there’s all this communication happening. And so they naturally ask us, when do we get keys? What’s that process, and I will gracefully point them back to the realtor to get that information. And so I want to just encourage you, realtors to be proactive with the buyers about the timing of keys, it’s a point of big concern, and they want that information maybe a little bit sooner than you’re in the habit of giving it to them. Because by the time they’re communicating with us about the final funds, there’s a lot going on and it’s well it’s it’s scary and can be overwhelming. So maybe at the final walkthrough, or when you hear from your lender, that that the file is clear to close or Doc’s are going out. That’s a great time to reach out to them and alleviate those concerns and make sure that they know when they’re getting keys, so that then when the lender and escrow are talking to them about funds to close and signing, well, they’re just walking into it that much more informed.
